Those who are eligible for dental coverage have two choices, participate in the Quality Care Dental Plan (QCDP) or opt for no dental coverage. The Quality Care Dental Plan provides broad coverage of basic services. Those who opt for no dental coverage can not change their coverage status until the annual Benefit Choice Period. No exceptions will be made.
