Monthly Cobra Dental Rates

Monthly COBRA rates listed below are applicable to the Quality Care Dental Plan and are effective July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008.

  • Member: $27.45
  • Member +1 dependent: $49.78
  • Member +2 or more dependents: $88.14

Note: Any member or dependent who is eligible for Medicare is not eligible to participate in the COBRA program.
