After you have been on a Family Medical Leave and have exhausted all your payable benefits, you may apply for SURS Disability, provided you have been with the University for two years. You will need to go to Benefit Services to complete the necessary paperwork to apply for SURS Disability. You will also be making application for Prudential LTD if you are enrolled in this program.
