Tuition Waivers

Children of Faculty & Staff

Children of Illinois State faculty and staff may be eligible to receive a tuition waiver. To learn more, download the Tuition Waiver Program for Children of Employees policy.

Choose the correct tuition waiver application based upon the following criteria:

• Illinois State student with parent or parent's domestic partner employed at or retired from Illinois State University Application/Information Sheet
• Illinois State student with parent employed at an Illinois public university other than Illinois State Application/Information Sheet
• Student at an Illinois public university (listed below) other than Illinois State whose parent is employed at Illinois State University

  • SIU-Carbondale Application Information Sheet
  • WIU - Information & Application
  • U of I - New students must complete both the universal application and the U of I Benefit Utilization Record (scroll down to Tuition Waiver); Continuing students need only complete the U of I Benefit Utilization Record each semester.
  • Other University Student (CSU, GSU,  NEIU, SIU-E, or UIC) - Information & Application

Retired Faculty & Staff
