The training and UPKs tab found on the iPeople website is a valuable resource for employees. UPKs are user productivity kits, online training for employees. UPKs are available in two different viewing modes: See It mode enables you to learn about the selected topic by watching an animated demonstration of a task being completed. Try It mode allows you to perform the selected task in a simulated environment. There is also a Print It option which will create a job aid word document with screen shots and a step-by-step guide. The training calendar of events is also available for those who feel they need classroom instruction to use the employee self service options.
iPeople will give Illinois State University employees greater visibility and accessibility to their Human Resource and Payroll information. iPeople offers automation and streamlining of HR and Payroll administrative business processes and greatly reduces paper-based processing.
