HR will post all the university openings on the Illinois State University Employment web site and (where applicable) on the HigherEdjobs.com web site.
Depending on Affirmative Action requirements, you may be asked to target advertising where underutilization exists. Traditional media (e.g., The Chronicle of Higher Education) often need to be supplemented by advertisements placed in professional society journals, local and regional newspapers, or other "specialty" outlets.
