Student Employment Webform Instructions

How to Log In

This forms uses Central Login for access. Use your ULID and password to gain access to the student employment webform via Central Login.

Note: Use your ULID associated with your standard e-mail address. The ULID should only be seven (7) characters. For example, Reggie R. Redbird would be entered as rrredbi.  Enter the same password as you use for ICampus.

By logging in, you are confirming that you have the authority to complete this form.

Upon subimission to Human Resources, please allow up to 5 working days for review and approval of this webform.

Who Should Complete the Form

Hiring Managers who have the authority to hire student employees and make changes to their payroll information.

Why Am I Completing the Form

The Hiring Manager may use the form for the following situations:

  1. New Employee:  You are hiring a new employee outside of the student employment website, i.e. the job was not posted on-line.
  2. Pay Rate Change:  You are giving the student a raise or you need to make a change in their pay for any other reason.
  3. Position Number Change:  You need to change the position number for which the student is being paid.
  4. Work Authorization Extension:  The student’s work authorization date has expired and you need to establish current employment eligibility. 
  5. Earnings Type Change: The student now has federal work study.
  6. Termination of position: The student is no longer working for the given position.

How will I know that the Form has been approved

You will receive an email notification from HR when the form has been approved.
