TAPS Training

Human Resources has made TAPS training available., the University’s personnel/payroll system. This training will detail how to perform the following procedures:

  • Obtain authorization to access TAPS
  • Navigate through the TAPS transaction screens
  • Print screens in TAPS for use in submitting hiring changes to HR
  • Perform TAPS inquiries to locate personnel/payroll data, e.g., I-9 work authorization date, appointment, demographic data
  • Properly sign on and off TAPS
  • Perform a name search in TAPS
  • Change your TAPS password
  • Resources to contact for help or technical assistance
